Second time's a charm

The first version of this cracked right in half during the glaze cooling. :(
Second version looks even better! Orchard Orioles along with Painted Buntings and North Woods mural will be going to a hospital center in Minnesota.

North Woods Triptych

North Woods triptych is done! This piece and 2 others were created for a hospital in Minnesota. 36x24x1" So relieved that the triptych made it through the firings! Unfortunately one of the large square pieces did not, so I am remaking it now. That's how it goes sometimes with clay. You learn to roll with it.

The Orange County Artists Guild Open Studio Tour is continuing this weekend, November 14 & 15.
Hours are 10am-5pm on Saturday and Noon-5pm on Sunday.
